Freeporter gives payment webspace. 
For every illegality and pubblication, the owner of  the domain  is held responsible. Our liability on any account is limited to the amount of money that the customer has paid us. If we incur legal expenses due to a customer, we reserve the right to recover these expenses from the customer.
The activation of  Web space on Freeporter.com involves payment of fees of the new domain to  registrar or   transfer of an existing domain. Tax for domain registration must be paid by the customer (owner of the domain).
Dispute policy of domain names is between registrar and the owner of the domain name.
On Freeporter.com the following content cannot be pubblished

 

• pornografic material, or with sexual backgroud or obscene nature
• material wich violates copyrigths, particualary pirate software (Warez,Crack), texts protected by copyright.
• IRC or IRC Scripts , eggdrop or Bitchx or chatrooms scripts.
• offensive materials , defamatory, expressions included of fanatism, racism, hate, irriverence, or threet.
• material that promote or gives information wich instruct on unlewful activities or with can case prejudice on third parties.
• software, informations or other materials witch contains virus or noxious components.
• initiatives connected wich games of chance, contests or games requiring a consistent financial partecipation and not allowed in the united states or in the other states wich Freeporter customers come

 

beside, it is not allowed:

• to send unrequested advertising  (also know as spamming) to e-mail address to users who haven't any relation with the sender.
• use your account as banner network and offer free WebSpace as reseller.

 

 

 

No site may use more than 15% of the total server output at any given time.
In no case Freeporter.com will be considered responsible about the inefficieencies such faults, overloads, interruptions.etc. caused by telephonic or electric lines and international networks
No compensation for damages can be requested to Freeporter.com for direct or indirect damages caused by the use or not use of services. In genera,l laws of the united states   mustn't be violated, neither those of other states from which Freeporter.com users come.
There is a $50 charge to reconnect an account that has been cut off due to lack of payment
.TV domains has a 5% yearly increment for renewal. 
Free domain registration on hosting plans fo .TV is only for standard top-level domain that has a max. registration fee of $50 per year.

A client must give written notice of cancellation at least 30 days in advance. Cancellation notices are accepted via US Postal Mail or overnight delivery service such as Federal Express Fax and e-mail. Cancellation notices must be the original signed by the account owner and must include full account information. Failure to comply with this policy will result in continued charges to the account until we have recieved a correct cancellation notice.
